I design, lead and facilitate programmes, workshops and retreats to build leadership and foster social innovation.
My areas of expertise are:
Leadership development - cultivating self-awareness, empathy, systems thinking capacity, listening, creativity, collaboration, mindfulness, critical thinking, among other 21st century leadership capacities.
Social innovation and entrepreneurship - using design thinking, lean, systems thinking, scenario planning, Theory U and other methodologies to develop solutions, projects, business ideas that tackle social and environmental issues.
I also provide strategy consulting and advisory services in these areas.

Impact Lab: Designed and co-led a programme developing leadership, technical skills and networks of 35 Oxford MBA students working on social and environmental issues.
Doughnut Economics: Designing a training on how to communicate an alternative economic model based on planetary health and human prosperity to global audiences.
Executive Education: Facilitated a workshop on integrating purpose in business for regional directors of a large consumer goods client.
Leading for Impact: Designed and co-led a leadership programme for 22 postgraduate students from across the University of Oxford, identified for high future social impact potential.
Circular Economy: Co-led a workshop and design sprint for a large consumer goods client on how they can innovate their business to reduce waste from their supply chain.
Live the Dream: Led a 4 month social enterprise accelerator through Inspiring Stories, funded by the New Zealand government.
UNLEASH: Facilitated a global innovation lab run by the UN, Dalberg and Deloitte to develop solutions to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Discover YourSelf: Led a retreat focused on self development covering meditation & mindfulness, goal setting, peer coaching, and wellness.
Global Changemakers Youth Summit: Designed and facilitated sessions for social entrepreneurs & activists from around the world on design thinking, mindfulness, listening, self reflection.
Festival for the Future: Designed the overall programme and facilitated a leadership workshop at New Zealand’s largest social change event.
